Public guide data

These files contain the public guide content used by ReStep: Chapter 13 Tracker. They contain no payment records, case numbers, or other user information.

The manifest includes each file's format version, review date, size in bytes, and SHA-256 checksum. The app uses the four guide files; design tokens are published for reference.

Guide review date: 2026-10-04. The app can use its bundled copy when an update is unavailable or cannot be validated.
